Amtrak San Joaquins Makes Series of Changes to Statewide Thruway Bus Network

The San Joaquin Joint Powers Authority has adopted a series of changes to its Thruway Bus Network that will take effect on August 1, 2020. The COVID-19 crisis has severely impacted public transportation ridership throughout California.
