Investigators identified and arrested the suspect in this investigation as Andrew Quintana Martinez, 22-year-old resident of Coachella. Martinez was booked into the local jail. There are no outstanding suspects in this investigation.

The victim in this case has been identified as Jose A. Molina, 32-year-old resident of Coachella. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department Central Homicide Unit has been working toward developing leads involving the homicide of Kevin Henderson, which occurred on June 8, 2020, in the city of Moreno Valley.

On April 28, 2022, at about 12:00 a.m., deputies from the Moreno Valley Sheriff Station responded to a report of a shooting in the area of Frederick St. n/of Alessandro Blvd., Moreno Valley. Deputies arrived within seconds and located a male victim with multiple gunshot wounds.

During the course of this investigation, a suspect was identified in this case. On April 21, 2022, the Central Homicide Unit and Major Crimes Unit served a search warrant at a residence in 15500 block of Morada Rd., Victorville. Reginald Trice III, an 18-year-old resident of Victorville, was arrested for murder, and booked at the Robert Presley Detention Center.
