On December 5, 2020, deputies from the Perris Station Special Enforcement Team responded to the 31000 block of Terand Ave., in Homeland, to conduct follow-up investigation to an illegal marijuana processing operation search warrant from November 27, 2020. As deputies approached the property, they observed marijuana in plain sight.
On Monday, December 7, 2020, about 12:26 AM, deputies from Riverside County Sheriff’s Department - Perris Station responded to a major injury traffic collision near the intersection of Ramona Express Way and Bradley Road in the city of Perris. Deputies arrived within minutes and located a collision involving a gray Jaguar and a white Dodge Caliber.
On December 2, 2020, at 7:00 A.M., deputies assigned to the Coachella Community Action Team (CCAT) served a search warrant with the assistance of La Quinta Special Enforcement Team (SET), The Southern Coachella Valley Community Service District Team (SCVCSDT), and the Coachella Valley Violent Crime Gang Task Force (CVVCGTF) at three locations in the cities of Coachella and Indio. The search warrant stemmed from a robbery incident which occurred on November 29th, 2020 at De Oro park in the city of Coachella.
On December 1, 2020 about 2:45 P.M. Riverside County Sheriff’s deputies assigned to the Jurupa Valley Station were conducting pro-active enforcement in the area of Mission Boulevard and Glen Street. Deputies saw two male adults sitting inside a suspicious vehicle near a smoke shop.
On November 30, 2020, deputies assigned to the San Jacinto Sheriff’s Station responded to the Walmart parking lot after an alert citizen reported two infants were left alone in a running vehicle for over an hour. Deputies arrived and found a one-year-old female and two-year-old male unconscious in a black Toyota Solara.
