Robbery / Assault with a Deadly Weapon Arrest

On January 18, 2022, at 4:10 PM, Coachella patrol deputies responded to Dateland Park, in the 51800 block of Shady Lane, in the city of Coachella, in reference an armed robbery. The investigation revealed a 13-year-old juvenile was riding his bicycle in the park, when he was approached by two 13-year-old juveniles.

Felon in Possession of a Firearm

On Thursday, January 20th, 2022, at 4:30 P.M., members of the Riverside County Regional Gang Task Force Region 6 conducted a traffic stop in the area of Mount Rainer Street and Mount Shasta Street in the city of Perris. Deputies contacted documented criminal street gang member Daniel Ambriz, a 29-year-old resident of Perris. Deputies discovered Ambriz was a convicted felon and on probation for possession of a stolen vehicle.

Gang Member Arrested for Illegally Possessed Firearms

On Thursday, January 20th, 2022, the Coachella Valley Violent Crime Gang Task Force served a search warrant at a residence in the 73000 block of Pacheta Square in Thousand Palms. During the service of the search warrant Gang Task Force Officers located multiple firearms and ammunition including a Rifle belonging to convicted felon and documented criminal street gang member, Brandon Myers, 33 of Desert Hot Springs.
