On 01/07/2022 at 1241 Hours, Deputies from Riverside County Sheriff’s Department – Perris Station were involved in a pursuit of a stolen vehicle on several streets in the unincorporated area commonly known as Gavilan Hills. During the pursuit, the vehicle drove in the opposite lane of traffic towards another vehicle causing that vehicle to veer off the road and collide into a fence.
On January 6th, 2022, members of the Corona/Jurupa Valley Regional Gang Task Force, with the assistance of the Safe Streets Task Force conducted a probation check in the 3000 block of Hiawatha Place, Riverside. During the probation search, Andrew Ayala, a convicted felon and documented criminal street gang member, was found to be in possession of various calibers of ammunition and magazines.
On January 6, 2022, about 1:59 PM, Jurupa Valley Station deputies conducted a Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) compliance check at a residence in the 3800 Block of Hunter Street, Jurupa Valley. Deputies contacted 39-year-old Jurupa Valley resident, Solar Ratnaransy, who was living in a motorhome on the property.
On Monday, September 6, 2021, deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, Southwest Station, responded to the report of a carjacking in the 3200 block of Corte Soledad, in the City of Temecula. During the investigation, deputies learned the victim’s vehicle was taken at gunpoint by a known associate, 27-year-old, Scott Coco.
On Wednesday, December 1, 2021, about 7:14 P.M., deputies responded to a call for service regarding an alleged child molestation in the city of Norco. It was reported the victim attended Montessori School of Corona, which is a private elementary school, which is where the victim met the suspect, Allyson Berndsen, a 31-year-old resident of Norco.
