With all the rumors and social media assumptions, I decided to go to the source and find out just what is going on at our hospital in Hemet and how much truth there is to rumors and other opinions and assumptions.
By a 3-2 vote, the City of Hemet terminated the services of long time City Attorney Eric Vail to take effect immediately and in replacing him interim City Attorney, Steven Graham from Cole Huber LLP. A permanent selection will be in completing an RFP process. A number of actions were taken and approved in public session.

C. on January 6, 2021, is not explicitly reserved for the nation’s capital. If such an assault could succeed in the most protected building in the country, it would be a stroll through the park in a small community like Hemet or San Jacinto. You might say, “Not in my community. Not in my America.” Wait a minute.
When the Hemet City Council called for a special meeting on this past Tuesday afternoon, the agenda called for 3 items: A, B, C all in executive session. 1 - Evaluate Performance, 2 - Fire personnel and 3 - seek a replacement.
