San Jacinto Traffic Enforcement Operation
Deputies from the San Jacinto Traffic Team conducted a traffic enforcement operation within the city of San Jacinto on Monday, July 17th. The goal was to educate motorists and enforce traffic violations that most commonly result in traffic collisions. 90 traffic stops were conducted, and 83 citations were issued.

On July 17, 2023, at about 10:47 AM, deputies from the Riverside Sheriff’s, Southwest Station, along with the Riverside Sheriff’s Special Enforcement Bureau responded to the report of a male armed with a rifle who was seen walking into the Temecula Promenade Mall located in the 40000 block of Winchester Road.
Suspect Arrested for Attempted Robbery at Business
On July 17, 2023, at 5:20 p.m., deputies from the Riverside Sheriff’s Moreno Valley Station responded to the report of a robbery in-progress near the 12000 block of Heacock Street, Moreno Valley.

On July 15, 2023, deputies from the Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station responded to the 15000 block of Moreno Beach Drive, Moreno Valley, regarding a domestic violence incident.

On Saturday, July 15, 2023, at 12:59 a.m., deputies from the Moreno Valley Sheriff Station responded to a report of multiple gunshots in the area of Bay Avenue and Heacock Street in the City of Moreno Valley. Deputies arrived quickly and located evidence of a shooting at a nearby apartment complex.
