Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Checkpoint Planned – September 5th, 2020
City of San Jacinto, Calif. – The Riverside County San Jacinto Sheriff’s Station made one arrest for driving under the influence while conducting a Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and Driver’s License checkpoint. The checkpoint was on Esplanade Avenue, just west of Freedom Way between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m.
THE CITY OF HEMET PARTNERS WITH SEECLICKFIX TO FACILITATE RESIDENT SERVICE REQUESTS
The City of Hemet is excited to launch a new citizen- first platform to facilitate resident requests and work management, powered by SeeClickFix. Using SeeClickFix, residents will have a direct line of communication to the City of Hemet, allowing them to request services and report issues such as potholes, illegal dumping, abandoned vehicles, and graffiti.
EMWD Achieves Seventh Consecutive Cal STAR Safety Recertification
This week Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) received recognition and recertification by the California Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Cal/OSHA) for its industry-leading safety achievements. EMWD again obtained Cal/OSHA Voluntary Protection Plan STAR status, exemplifying the safety culture and corresponding recognition it first achieved and has continuously held since 1999.
Runaway Juveniles
On Tuesday, September 1st, 2020, The Riverside County Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force (RCAHT) assumed an investigation regarding two runaway juveniles. On Saturday, August 29, 2020, Zulema Rubi Amezcua-Delval, 14 years, and Julissa Garcia, 15 years, ran away from their home from the city San Jacinto, California.

City of San Jacinto, Calif. – The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department / San Jacinto Station will hold a Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and Driver’s License Checkpoint on Saturday, September 5th, from 6:00 pm to 1:00 am at an undisclosed location within city limits.
