Fatal Traffic Collision

On Sunday, February 7, 2021 about 2:02 PM, deputies from Riverside County Sheriff’s Department – Perris Station responded to a major injury traffic collision near the intersection of 4th Street and Park Avenue in the city of Perris. Deputies arrived within minutes and located a collision involving a white Hyundai Accent and a silver BMW 328i. The driver of the Hyundai suffered major injuries and life-saving measures were attempted; however, the driver succumbed to injuries at the scene. The identity of the deceased is not being released at this time. The driver of the BMW was transported to the Riverside University Health System (RUHS) in serious condition. At the present time no arrest have been made, the investigation is on-going.

The Perris Traffic Reconstruction Team responded to the location and assumed the investigation.
