The victim in this investigation has been identified as Nilton Jacks Anaya Salcedo, 38 year-old male, resident of the city of Rancho Cucamonga. The investigation is ongoing, and no additional details are currently available. Details:

On Saturday, May 27, 2023, at 8:47 PM, deputies assigned to the Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station were dispatched to a report of an assault with a deadly weapon in the 23000 block of Alessandro Boulevard, Moreno Valley. Upon arrival, deputies found a deceased male in the parking lot of the location. Deputies secured the crime scene and investigators from the Central Homicide Unit responded to assume the investigation. The decedent’s identity is being withheld pending the notification to the next of kin.
