Operating a Chop Shop and Possession of Stolen Property

At the end of June 2020, a vehicle was stolen from within the city of Lake Elsinore.  The vehicle was quickly recovered but was missing several high-end tools. Deputies conducted an investigation which led them to a property on Old Elsinore Road, Perris.  On Monday, June 29, 2020, about 5:00 P.M., deputies from the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station served a search warrant for stolen property on the 21000 block of Old Elsinore Road, in the City of Perris. During the search of the property deputies located: five stolen vehicles, two firearms, one generator, and numerous stolen tools. The five vehicles were in different stages of being dismantled.  The stolen property was returned to the owner and the subjects were booked into Riverside County Jail.

The following subjects were arrested: 

Emily Ulloa, 30-year-old resident of Perris, was arrested for possession of stolen property, operating a chop shop and under the influence of a controlled substance. 

Martina Barajas, 48-year-old resident of Santa Ana, was arrested for under the influence of a controlled substance. 

Jose Luis Ramirez, 41-year-old resident of Perris, was arrested for possession of stolen property and operating a chop shop and under the influence of a controlled substance.

Jamie Treangen, 36-year-old resident of Perris, was arrested for and under the influence of a controlled substance and trespassing.

Monique Perez, 21-year-old resident of Perris, was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.  

Sarai Memije-Perez, 27-year-old resident of Perris, was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and tresspassing. 

David Ayala, 27-year-old residents of Perris, were arrest for under the influence of a controlled substance and trespassing.
