I am not the first one to say this, and it is less prophetic than just observably true: Donald Trump is consistently putting his calculus of how he can win reelection over any commitment to protect the nation’s public health. MSJC Student Named 2020 Coca-Cola Leaders of Promise Scholar

Mt. San Jacinto College (MSJC) Political Science major James Crawford has been named a 2020 Coca-Cola Leaders of Promise Scholar and will receive a $1,000 scholarship. The 18-year-old Hemet resident is one of only 207 Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) members nationwide to earn the honor this year.

Update – SJUSD Will Open Full Distance Learning and Change to First Day of School

In order to provide a quality instructional program for our students and staff families, we will be postponing our students’ start of the school year. The first day for students will be August 17, 2020, and the last day of school for students will be June 10, 2021. You can expect your child’s school to forward more detailed information in the near future about what this learning at home will look like.
