On Saturday, July 11, 2020, at approximately 9:00 PM, deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, Palm Desert Station, responded to a report of a traffic collision involving two vehicles at the intersection of Portola Avenue and Gerald Ford Drive, Palm Desert. Upon the deputy’s arrival they discovered a 51-year-old Hispanic male from Coachella had been ejected from his vehicle and suffered major injuries.
Temecula, CA, Calif. – On Saturday, July 11th, 2020, about 11:18 p.m., deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, Southwest Station, responded to Solana Way east of Calle Aranda, regarding a single-vehicle (motorcycle) traffic collision. Deputies arrived within minutes and located an unresponsive victim on the south curb in the eastbound lane of Solana Way.
One person was killed and another hospitalized with critical injuries after a head-on collision and rollover involving at least two-vehicles in the unincorporated community of Lakeview, just north of Nuevo. The tragic accident happened earlier morning of Wednesday, Sept. 18.
Four juveniles were involved in a fatal UTV crash, including two teenage San Jacinto boys who were crushed to death, Sunday morning, Sept 15. Two girls, including one from San Jacinto and another from Blythe were also injured in the deadly accident, according to CHP and Cal Fire officials.
Authorities say a 46-year-old San Jacinto man died after losing control of his speeding vehicle and plowing head-on into a San Jacinto tree earlier this morning, Sunday, Sept. 1.
