Search Warrant

In March 2021, the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station Special Enforcement Team (SET), began an investigation into the sales of narcotics in Lake Elsinore and surrounding communities. During this Investigation, Dennis McBride (age 61) a resident of Lake Elsinore, was identified as a person of interest in the sales of narcotics.

On February 17, 2021, deputies assigned to the Lake Elsinore Station Special Enforcement Team served a search warrant in the 17300 block of Baker Street, in the city of Lake Elsinore, reference a narcotics investigation.

On February 16, 2021, deputies assigned to the Lake Elsinore Station Special Enforcement Team served a search warrant in the 53200 block of Darlington Street, in the city of Lake Elsinore, reference a narcotics investigation.

Gang Member Arrested during Search Warrant

On Tuesday, February 9, 2021, at 5:00 A.M. the Coachella Valley Violent Crime Gang Task Force with the assistance of Riverside County Sheriff’s Department Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT), served a search warrant at a residence located in the 52000 block of Avenida Carranza in the city of La Quinta. During the service of the search warrant Gang Task Force Officers located and collected several hundred Hydrocodone pills (M-30s) and Xanax pills as well as evidence of narcotics sales to include cash.

Illegal Marijuana Cultivation and Electrical Theft Search Warrant

On Friday, January 29, 2021, personnel from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department served a narcotic related search warrant in the 200 block of La Boca Street, in the City of San Jacinto. During the service of the search warrant it was discovered the residence had been converted into an illegal marijuana cultivation operation.
