INDIO - Traffic was jammed on the 10 Freeway in Indio after a pedestrian was struck on the roadway, authorities said today. It was reported at 8:20 p.m. Sunday on the eastbound 10 Freeway at the Monroe Street exit, the California Highway Patrol said.
