Homicide
During the course of this investigation, one of the suspects was identified as Jose Daniel Aguilar, 29 years of Orange. Aguilar was arrested on March 5, 2023, after a traffic stop in the city of Moreno Valley.

During February 2023, the Southwest Sheriff’s Station learned vape pens, containing concentrated cannabis, were being sold to juveniles who attend middle schools and high schools throughout the city of Temecula and the unincorporated area of French Valley.

Possession of Counterfeit Bills/Possession of Fentanyl/AWS
On March 02, 2023, at about 9:47 PM, deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office, assigned to the Cabazon Station, responded to a parking lot in the 49000 block of Seminole Drive, Cabazon, reference a subject passing counterfeit bills.
