Child Endangerment

On November 30, 2020, deputies assigned to the San Jacinto Sheriff’s Station responded to the Walmart parking lot after an alert citizen reported two infants were left alone in a running vehicle for over an hour. Deputies arrived and found a one-year-old female and two-year-old male unconscious in a black Toyota Solara.

Commercial Burglary

On November 29, 2020, deputies responded to the 18400 block of Collier Avenue, Lake Elsinore, regarding an alarm at ULTA Beauty Supply. Upon their arrival, they determined a burglary had occurred. A search for a suspect vehicle was initiated. California Highway Patrol (CHP) located a vehicle matching the description and attempted to stop the vehicle.

California boat captain indicted in fire that killed 34

The captain of a scuba diving boat that caught fire and sank off the coast of California last year, killing 34 people who were trapped below deck, was indicted Tuesday on federal manslaughter charges for one of the deadliest maritime disasters in recent U.S. history.

Driver Left Injured, Trapped in Two-Car MoVal Collision

Two people were injured Monday in a two-car collision on the north end of Moreno Valley that caused one of the vehicles to roll over, leaving the injured driver trapped for a time in the wreckage.

Man Accused of Intentionally Hitting, Killing Riverside Man to be Arraigned

A Perris man accused of intentionally running over and killing a 43-year-old Riverside resident outside his home is slated to be arraigned later this week on a murder charge.
