On January 5th, 2021, at 7:00 A.M., deputies assigned to the Coachella Community Action Team (CCAT), with the assistance of the Coachella Valley Narcotic Task Force (CVNTF), served a search warrant at a residence in the 85200 block of Avenue 55 in the unincorporated area of Thermal. The search warrant stemmed from a robbery at gunpoint incident which occurred on December 27th, 2020 in the 53500 block of Cesar Chavez in the city of Coachella.
On Saturday, January 2nd, 2021, at 6:34 P.M., members of the Riverside County Regional Gang Task Force Region 6 conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of Jarvis Street, in the city of Perris. Deputies contacted Mark Trammel, a 27-year-old resident of Perris. Deputies discovered Trammel was on probation for possession of a firearm.
On Friday January 1, 2021 deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Jurupa Valley Station responded to a major injury, two vehicle traffic collision. Deputies arrived and located an unresponsive female driver in Jeep Cherokee. Life saving measures were performed and she was transported to a local hospital via ambulance.
