Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Checkpoint Planned
City of Temecula, Calif. – The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department/Temecula Station will hold a Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and Driver’s License Checkpoint on Friday, August 14, from 8:00 pm to 1:30 am at an undisclosed location within city limits.
Carjacking
On Saturday, August 1, 2020, at 3:26 PM, deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department Southwest Station responded to a reported carjacking near the intersection of Highway 79 and Sage Road, in unincorporated Temecula.
Endangered Missing Person
On Sunday, August 2, 2020, at 4:25 PM, Wildomar deputies responded to a missing person call in the 21000 block of Pumice Lane, Wildomar. Deputies discovered Clyde Waynick, 81 years-old, voluntarily left his residence on August 2, 2020, about 7:00 AM.
Possession of a Loaded Shotgun and Narcotics
On August 2, 2020 at 8:40 am, deputies assigned to the city of Eastvale saw a suspicious vehicle parked at Harada Heritage Park and contacted the occupants, Joseph Garibay (age 41) and Rebeccah Fleming (age 28).
