San Jacinto, CA – October is San Jacinto Heritage Month and San Jacinto Unified School District has been busy preparing and celebrating with annual traditions.

Coachella Valley’s Desert X to Take Part in Saudi Exhibition

The government of Saudi Arabia, which suffers from a battered image and seeks to open itself to tourism and expand cultural ties with Western countries, has found a willing partner in the Coachella Valley-based contemporary art biennial, Desert X, which said this week it will collaborate on an exhibition in the kingdom in early 2020, which was reported on Tuesday.

“First Friday” an amazing success

This past Friday, October 4, the Hemet-San Jacinto Chamber of Commerce kicked off the month with their “First Friday celebration. Attendees were pleasantly surprised by the robust crowd.

AUTUMN ELEGANCE FALLS UPON SOBOBA

Thanks to the generosity of the Soboba Foundation, the 27 th annual Autumn Elegance will once again introduce guests to some of the best food and wine in the San Jacinto Valley and beyond. The philanthropic arm of the Soboba Band of Luiseño Indians will host this year’s event at the new Soboba Casino Resort Event Center.
