(Drug Paraphernalia Arrest)
On August 10, 2020, Deputies from the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s station conducted an enforcement stop on a gray Mercedes for a traffic violation. A records check revealed the Mercedes was stolen out of the city of San Jacinto. The occupants, Claire Miller and Eduardo Nieto, were taken into custody without incident. Claire Miller was also in possession of drug paraphernalia.
Miller and Nieto were booked into custody at the Cois Byrd Detention Center.
