Between the dates of April 3, and May 27, 2020, the Moreno Valley Station Robbery Burglary Suppression Team (RBST) began investigating a series of vehicle and vehicle parts thefts occurring within the city of Moreno Valley.
On Tuesday, May 18, 2020, Patrol Deputies responded to a brandishing of a firearm call. The investigation determined Elvis Rodriguez, 27 of Coachella assaulted a victim and made criminal threats on two separate occasions.
On Saturday, October 12, 2019, at 7:14 PM, deputies from the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s station responded to the area of Joy Street and Riverside Drive, in the city of Lake Elsinore, reference a call of an assault with a deadly weapon.
During the past year, Lake Elsinore Sheriff Station deputies investigated several complaints of theft stemming from an individual offering to sell a vehicle. The suspect would meet the victims at a location and take their cash offer, through force or fear, without turning over the vehicle.
On Tuesday, October 1, 2019, at 3:00 P.M. the Coachella Valley Violent Crime Gang Task Force conducted a probation compliance check at a residence near the 85000 block of Middleton Road in Thermal.
