On March 16, 2023, at about 11:32 p.m., deputies from the Moreno Valley Sheriff Station responded to a report of a shooting in the 12000 block of Clark St., Moreno Valley.

The fourth suspect involved in this case was identified as Manuel Rico, 37-year-old of Perris. On March, 13, 2023, at about 9:00 p.m., Rico was detained during a traffic stop in the unincorporated area of Perris.

Two additional suspects were identified in this case, as Enrique Rojas, 37 years of Murrieta, and Richard Smith 23 of Hemet. On March 10, 2023, at about 4:20 a.m., Rojas was arrested in front of his home in Murrieta.

On March 6, 2023, at 5:20 p.m., deputies assigned to the Riverside Sheriff’s Perris Station responded to the 28000 block of Whitaker Ln., in Winchester, to check the welfare on a male subject.

On Thursday, March 2nd, 2023, around 11:49 p.m., deputies from the Thermal Station responded to a call of shots fired near the 84000 block of Lingayan Avenue in the unincorporated area of Coachella.
