I was without so much as a step-father when my mother married Bob Kliment, a radio announcer at WCHS in Charleston. Bob was from Rochester, New York. He came from strong German stock and was a no-nonsense individual. He was mom's fifth husband, and in the beginning, he and I rarely spoke. I resented rather than disliked him from the start.

Mt. San Jacinto College (MSJC) and city officials gathered on September 13, 2019, for the Temecula Transformation Celebration event to kick off the renovation of the new Temecula Valley Campus.

Her looks and demean belie the streaks of grey and some sixty-plus years. She shows no signs of age. Ann Record is a human dynamo. Twenty-one racers sped down Menifee Road in Menifee on Saturday, Sept. 14 as part of Valley-Wide Recreation and Park District’s annual Soap Box Derby.

The Eastlake Titans made the trip from Chula Vista last Friday night. They entered Tiger Stadium with a 0-3 record and felt determined to not go home with a 0-4 record.
