On Monday, June 20, 2022, at 5:12 A.M., deputies assigned to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department- Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility located an unresponsive female inmate inside a housing unit.

On June 17, 2022, at 11:36 A.M., patrol deputies assigned to the city of Coachella and the Coachella Community Action Team (CCAT), responded to a shooting which occurred at an okra ranch located in the 46-300 block of Dillon Road. While deputies were responding, they received information the suspect shot at workers in a field.

On Wednesday, June 8 at approximately 7:00 pm, the Hemet Public Safety Communications Center began receiving calls regarding a traffic collision near the intersection of Sanderson Avenue and Devonshire Avenue. When officers arrived on scene, they located a traffic collision between a motorcycle and a Ford sedan. The motorcycle rider suffered significant injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
