Final Tributes Paid to Fallen CHP Officer

A 34-year-old California Highway Patrol officer gunned down by a convicted felon during a traffic stop was remembered on August 20th, as a fun-loving, high-spirited lawman who was committed to public service and made a positive impact on many lives.
