On August 8, 2022, at about 2:10 p.m., deputies assigned to the Perris Sheriff’s Station were dispatched to a report of a victim of a shooting in the 24300 block of Gunther Ln., Romoland. Upon arrival, deputies found a male victim on the property suffering from a gunshot wound.

On Sunday, August 7, 2022, at 4:48 AM, deputies from the Thermal Station responded to a residence in the 84000 block of Fiesta Road in Coachella in reference to a shooting call at the location. Deputies arrived and located a deceased male adult with gunshot wounds.

On August 6, 2022, at about 12:10 p.m., deputies from the Moreno Valley Sheriff Station responded to a report of a shooting in the area of Tea Rose Ln. west of Blue Lupin Ln., Moreno Valley.

On September 20, 2021, Joshua Crosier, a 27-year old male resident of Hemet, was reported missing by his family members after they lost contact with him in late August of 2021.

Investigators from the Central Homicide Unit have arrested three suspects in connection with this case. They have been identified as Hector Ramiro Yamanaka, 44-year-old; Daisy Gil Cabrera, 34-year-old, and Ireneo D. Lagunez, all residents of Coachella. There are no outstanding suspects.;
