The remains of at least 189 decaying bodies were found and removed from a Colorado funeral home, up from about 115 reported when the bodies were discovered two weeks ago, officials said Tuesday.

On October 12, 2023, The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office, Perris Station, conducted a traffic operation in the City of Perris. The Perris Traffic Team performed the operation along Ramona Expressway, Perris, which ran from 9:00 a.m. 11:00 a.m. The goal of this operation was to educate motorists and to help prevent traffic collisions.
Thousands of Dollars’ Worth in Stolen Property Recovered
On August 28, 2023, deputies from the Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station responded to a report of a theft that occurred from a business in the 14500 block of Innovation Drive in Riverside. The victim reported several thousand dollars in tools and equipment were stolen along with vehicles belonging to the business.
